Slot approval is required for all airports in India.
	Pilots are advised to carry tow bar onboard the aircraft as push back is mandatory at most of the airports in India.
	All the crew members are advised to obtain visa before coming into India.

	Airport closure for general aviation: 0230 UTC – 0430 UTC & 1200 UTC – 1400 UTC everyday.
	No general aviation aircraft is permitted to land between 1545 UTC – 1745 UTC daily
	Owing to ongoing construction at Mumbai Airport, the aircraft may be asked to reposition to any other airport.

	Parking not available owing to paucity of space. After disembarking the passengers, the aircraft may be asked to reposition to any other airport.
	Owing to naval exercises, no landing permitted for general aviation between 0230 UTC – 0730 UTC and between 0730 UTC – 1030 UTC due to congestion of commercial flights.

	Owing to paucity of parking space, aircraft may be asked to reposition to another location.
	Airport closure for general aviation between 0230 UTC – 0500 UTC & 1400 UTC – 1700 UTC (daily other than Saturday). On Saturdays due to runway maintenance airfield is not available for landing between the period 0530 UTC – 1200 UTC.

Airfield closed between the period 0800 UTC – 1000 UTC on every Tuesday owing to runway maintenance.

	The airfield is available between the period 0100 UTC – 0800 UTC & 0900 UTC – 1600 UTC everyday.
	Customs / Immigrations not available. Airport can be used only for domestic arrivals, departures.

Airfield will remain closed for operation due runway maintenance between 0430 UTC – 0600 UTC on each Sunday and daily between 0440 UTC – 0540 UTC

Airfield not available between 0700 – 0930 UTC every Tuesday due to runway maintenance.

Customs / Immigrations not available. Airport can be used only for domestic arrivals, departures.

	Agra is a VFR airfield for general aviation and all the aircrafts are required to land/takeoff when the visibility is more than 3.7 km.
	Special VFR is a possibility when the visibility is less than 3.7 km but more than 1500 meters.

	Due maintenance work in progress runway 11/29 not available for operations upto 31.10.2011 between 18:31 – 23:30 on every MON, WED, THU and FRI and between 08:30 – 10:30 on every SAT.
	In case of requirement runway 11/29 will be made available on 30 min prior notice
	Due maintenance work in progress runway 10/28 not available for operations upto 27.10.2011 between 08:30 – 11:30 on every TUE, WED AND THU.
	In case of requirement runway 10/28 will be made available on 30 min prior notice.

	Airfield closed upto 27.10.2012 between 0600 – 0800 UTC and 1730 – 2130 UTC daily owing to extension and strengthening of runway.

	7 working days for flights for traffic purposes.
	3 working days for flights for non-traffic purposes i.e. over flights / technical landing.
	3 Weeks notice required for obtaining clearance for defense airfields.
	The minimum notice period requirements, however, may not be insisted upon in the following cases :
